OH. MY .GOD. was the first thing that popped into my head when I fished this book. The ending was so "Wow"I had kinda suspected it when the author talked about Lily 's symptoms, but that didn't stop the surprise that struck my heart. I'm still like mind blown right now.
But anyhow, the book had kind of a slow start. And all the help Lily was receiving just seemed to convenient and unlikely, but the author did a good job at making it seem possible.
Plus as the book goes on, I wonder -and sorta hoped- that because Aiden so strongly disliked Lily, he would sleep with Suzy when she was drunk and out of her mind. But *sigh life goes on.
This book was really good and I highly recommend it. I'm on pins and needles, I can't wait for the third book, I gotta see how the two lovers, handle the whole new thing and struggle they have now.

I am normally a classical romance person but crossfire led me to nikki savage ans I am so excited to read more of her books!!!!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed book one which ended with a major cliffhanger and I was instantly clicking to purchase book two. My overall perception is that book one introduced and developed all the key characters of the trilogy. Book two is the 'crises' of the plot. Hopefully book three will be an amazing resolution. This book also closed on a nailbiting note, leaving the reader desperate to start book three which is not yet available.
SPOILER This is all about Lily trying to reconnect after her betrayal to an unforgiving Aidan. She found her way back to him while being sick, and persued by the St. Lucians, only to be in an abusive rather than loving relationship with Aidan. She eventually finds that the alien has taken over Aidan and must find a way to get back her love. She succeeds, to have Aidan read her aura and tell her that she is dying.
i love all of niki savages books. This is a awesome book alot of twists to it but ended well..
Lily and Aidan have captured my heart in this dangerous love story of redemption and forgiveness. Lilys love can save Aidan, but can Aidan save Lilys life? Be a fan and read on.
In this second book, Lily really blossoms from the love-sick woman to a fighter who never quits. I was cheering for her all the way as she endured one hardship after another in her quest to help Aidan and the sex scenes in this story were nothing short of sizzling hot. I hope the sequel comes out soon because I want it now!!
This aurther is wonderful ! All of her books are very Good and QUICK reads. Once you pick it up, it's hard to put down. Wished each book or story was a bit longer. looking forward to the authors nexts books !!!!
